This exciting project is located in the Playa Macao area, just 3 minutes from the beach, in the province of La Altagracia, Dominican Republic. The project is made up of 13 villas from 120m², 126 townhouses from 60m² and two common areas of more than 2,000m² in total.
The project is in a secure location and is a closed neighborhood with a security checkpoint.
There are luscious green areas perfect for recreation. They are arranged in two parts in the center of the project, thus ensuring accessibility to these areas for all residents. The first recreational area has a multipurpose sports court, as well as green areas to provide spatial quality and create a cool microclimate that encourages a healthy life within the project.
The second green area has a swimming pool for adults and one for children, an area with comfortable palapas and tables with umbrellas to enjoy the atmosphere. The recreational park is enhanced with trees, shrubs, sidewalks and walkways for common enjoyment.
The townhouses consist of a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room on the ground floor, on the upper floor we find a bedroom, a bathroom and an area for study or family living.
The villas are two-story buildings with parking in front. On the first level there is a living room, dining room and kitchen in an open and comfortable space, as well as a half bathroom for the level and visitors. On the upper floor or second level there is a distributor that gives access to a bathroom and two bedrooms, one bedroom with an internal bathroom. Also an area intended for either a study or a family room.
