I was born and raised in Cancún, Mexico, where I had the unique opportunity to witness the transformation of one of the Caribbean’s most iconic tourism and real estate destinations. Growing up in that environment shaped my understanding of development cycles, infrastructure growth, and lifestyle-driven investment markets. Today, I recognize that Punta Cana is entering a similar phase of structured expansion and global recognition. In 2009, I relocated to the Dominican Republic with the intention of building both my life and career in a country I deeply respect and admire. My transition into real estate was a natural evolution. For many years, I held senior leadership roles in the vacation ownership industry, serving as Sales Director and consistently overseeing more than $50 million USD in annual sales volume. During that time, I recruited, trained, and mentored over 500 sales professionals while helping thousands of families create meaningful life experiences. In addition to my background in hospitality and sales, I am an engineer and entrepreneur. As CEO and Commercial Director of a software company, I developed a strategic and analytical approach to business. I combine technology, data, and structure with a relationship-driven philosophy grounded in trust, integrity, and long-term thinking. I firmly believe that real estate is not transactional—it is relational. As a resident of Cap Cana, I maintain close relationships with developers and key community leaders. I choose to work exclusively with projects and partners that demonstrate integrity, transparency, and a proven track record. I collaborate with people I trust—many of whom I consider friends.
