Sergio Olivieri is a real estate professional originally from Valencia in the state of Carabobo, Venezuela. He began his career in real estate in 2018 after working for several years in engineering and hotel maintenance management. His early experience included overseeing maintenance and renovation projects for a large hotel property with extensive facilities. Sergio also studied civil engineering and service management, giving him technical insight into construction and property value. Since joining RE/MAX, he has consistently ranked as a Top Producer every year of his career. His achievements include earning the RE/MAX Hall of Fame recognition after eight consecutive years of strong production. Sergio relocated to Punta Cana to take advantage of the region's growing real estate market and investment opportunities. He is known for his dedication, honesty, and strong client communication. Sergio believes in providing fast responses, valuable market information, and reliable post-sale support. Outside of real estate he enjoys sports, travel, and learning golf. Michela Tur is originally from Cumaná, Venezuela, and relocated to the Dominican Republic several years ago. She worked for nine years with Alimentos Polar in Venezuela and later held administrative leadership roles in family businesses. She also served as CEO of a distribution company in the Dominican Republic before transitioning into real estate. Michela brings strong communication skills and client empathy to every transaction. She believes buying or selling a property is one of the most important decisions in a person's life. Her approach focuses on transparency, discipline, and consistent follow-up with clients.
