Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Alberto Bogaert was introduced to real estate at an early age through his parents, who have been active in the industry for more than 25 years. After years dedicated to academics and athletics as a student and baseball player, he followed his passion into real estate, building a career that now spans over four years.
Alberto joined RE/MAX Paradise inspired by the vision of expansion led by Nicola Caccavella and the global reputation of the RE/MAX brand. Known for his observative, analytical, and creative approach, he is recognized as both a broker and one of the team’s key closers, consistently going above and beyond to ensure clients receive full support before, during, and after their investment.

Where are you originally from, and what inspired you to move into real estate?
- I’m Alberto, born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I was a full time student and baseball player. What motivated me to go into real estate was because of my parents, who have been in the market for more than 25 years.
How long have you been working in real estate, and what brought you to RE/MAX Paradise?
- I have been in the market for about 4 and a half years. What brought me to RP was the expansion, vision of Nick and the REMAX brand that is known worldwide
What’s one career achievement or milestone you are most proud of?
- Spending time with while generating attractive income via real estate
How would you describe your approach when working with clients?
- Observative, analytical and creative
What do you think sets you apart as an agent in the Punta Cana real estate market?
- I give my 100% on my follow up until and after my client decides to do their investment.
What do you enjoy most about living and working in the DR?
- The weather, the food and the flexibility the DR gives
Outside of real estate, what are your personal interests or hobbies?
- Learning via YouTube, playing tennis, spend time with my family and eat
What motivates you in your career, and what’s your long-term goal as part of RE/MAX Paradise?
- To become one of the best and honest agents that REMAX has ever had, all that before the 30 years of age.
My long term goal with Remax is to become very successful with the brand and retire as one of the best and honest agents that has ever been.
What message would you like potential clients to know about working with you?
- That I’m honest, do not care about commission and only would want to help them, not doing just a sale
