QUESTIONS & ANSWERS Where are you originally from, and what inspired you to move into real estate? I was born and partially raised in the United States, and later moved to the Dominican Republic during my adolescence. What inspired me to enter the real estate industry was the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives, whether by helping them find their dream home or guiding investors toward profitable opportunities. Real estate allows me to combine my passion for people with my interest in business and investment. How long have you been working in real estate, and what brought you to RE/MAX Paradise? I’ve been working in real estate since 2022. As soon as I finished college, I knew this was the career I wanted to pursue. I began my journey as a Sales Executive at Noval Properties, where I gained extensive experience in the Punta Cana market. Later, I joined RE/MAX Paradise because I recognized its strong reputation, top producing record, and established relationships with the most prestigious developers in Punta Cana. I knew it was the perfect platform to continue growing and offering my clients the best opportunities. What’s one career achievement or milestone you are most proud of? In 2023, I was awarded at Noval Properties for being the #1 Junior Top Seller, closing over US$4.6 million in property sales within a single year. It was a huge accomplishment early in my career and a reflection of my dedication, passion, and commitment to my clients. How would you describe your approach when working with clients? My approach is personalized, transparent, and solution oriented. I take the time to truly listen to my clients’ needs, whether they are purchasing for personal use, investment purposes, or a mix of both. I guide them step by step through the entire process of investing in real estate, address their concerns, and present tailored solutions. My mission is to help them make confident, informed decisions so that their property purchase is both financially sound and personally fulfilling. What do you think sets you apart as an agent in the Punta Cana real estate market? What sets me apart is my personalized approach and deep knowledge of the market. I don’t believe in one size fits all solutions. I curate property options based on each client’s unique goals, lifestyle, and financial comfort. Beyond simply selling properties, I focus on building long term relationships and ensuring that every client feels supported, informed, and empowered throughout the process. What do you enjoy most about living and working in the Dominican Republic? What I enjoy most is the warmth of the Dominican people. There’s a genuine sense of community and hospitality here that has disappeared in many other parts of the world. Punta Cana, in particular, offers a perfect balance, it’s a lively destination for international investment while still maintaining a relaxed Caribbean lifestyle. Working here allows me to meet people from around the world while enjoying everything this beautiful country has to offer. Outside of real estate, what are your personal interests or hobbies? Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family, reading novels, and listening to music. I also love going to the beach on sunny days, which is one of the perks of living in such a beautiful coastal destination. What motivates you in your career, and what’s your long-term goal as part of RE/MAX Paradise? I’m motivated by the desire to become the best version of myself as a professional. I constantly seek to learn, grow, and cultivate my knowledge so that I can provide my clients with exceptional guidance and value. My long term goal is to become one of the top producing real estate agents in Punta Cana and to be recognized for helping both homeowners and investors make smart, secure, and profitable real estate decisions. What message would you like potential clients to know about working with you? I want potential clients to know that I am here to listen first and guide them with integrity. My goal is to help them make the best possible decision, not just for today, but for the long term growth and security of their wealth and family.
